Maison de Tartarin Maison de Tartarin is a museum dedicated to the life of Tartarin de Tarascon, a satirical charactor created by Alphonse Daudet in the 19th century in his New Don Quixote. The town residents originally found this charactor insulting, but as he gained popularity, they did change their minds. The museum traces Tartarin's history through displays, models, and memoribilia.
